The detail

Dianthus 'Memories' is a beautiful cottage pink that produces an abundance of delicately fragrant, semi-double flowers in summer. Each bloom features soft white petals adorned with a striking deep pink-red eye, creating a charming, old-fashioned display that is perfect for borders, rockeries, and container planting. As a hardy perennial, it returns year after year, forming a neat, compact mound of attractive silvery blue-green evergreen foliage that provides interest even when not in flower.

Part of the beloved Cottage Pinks group, Dianthus 'Memories' thrives in a sunny position with well-drained soil, making it an excellent choice for gravel gardens, raised beds, and the front of herbaceous borders. Its sweetly scented blooms are highly attractive to bees and butterflies, adding wildlife value to your garden throughout the summer months. Deadheading spent flowers can encourage a second flush of blooms later in the season.
