How many plants make a jungle?
At least 8–10 in a single room for the dense feel. The look reads through scale and overlap — single plants in distant corners doesn't make the same impression as a clustered group.
What's the easiest way to start?
Pick one corner. Add 3 plants at different heights (one tall floor plant, one mid-height on a stand, one trailing on a shelf above). Add more as you find them.
Does this look need lots of light?
Bright indirect light is ideal — direct sun bleaches tropical foliage. Most jungle-style plants tolerate medium light too.
