Knowledge
Frequently asked
How long does each plant flower for?
Anthuriums and peace lilies bloom in cycles year-round given enough light. Orchids flower for 2–3 months, then rest for several months. Cyclamen are seasonal — autumn through spring.
What if it stops flowering?
Almost always a light issue, or the plant's natural rest period. Move closer to a window, reduce watering, and resume feed when new growth appears.
Are flowering plants harder to care for than foliage?
Slightly. Most need brighter light and a more regular feed to keep flowering. Pick ones rated easy on the product page if you're starting out.
