Air plants
Tillandsia. No soil. No pot. Just light and a mist.
Air plants attach to surfaces, not soil. They take water and nutrients from the air, given the right environment. Display them in glass globes, on driftwood, in macramé holders, or balanced on a shelf.

Knowledge
Frequently asked
How do I water an air plant?
Soak in tepid water for 20 minutes once a week. Shake off excess and let dry completely (within 2–3 hours) before returning to display. Don't let water sit in the centre — they'll rot.
How long will an air plant live?
Years, with the right care. Each plant flowers once in its life (a beautiful event) and then produces offsets called 'pups' that grow into new plants.
What light do they need?
Bright indirect. Not direct sun — they'll dry out and burn. A few feet from a bright window is ideal.
