Do gift cards expire?
No. Season 28 gift cards are valid forever.
What if their order is more than the gift card value?
They pay the difference at checkout in the normal way.
What if their order is less than the gift card value?
The balance stays on the card for next time — they can use it across multiple orders.
Can I send a paper copy?
Not yet. Digital only at the moment. We'll add a print-at-home version soon.
Can I cancel or change a gift card after sending?
Once delivered, no. Before the scheduled send date, email us and we can adjust.
