Plants need to arrive happy. Here's how we do it.
Twice-weekly despatch, plastic-free packing, full cover for anything that doesn't arrive looking right.

Standard UK. Free over £75. Highlands & Islands £14.50.

Tues + Thurs
Despatch days. Order by 10am for next despatch. 1–3 working days in transit.

How we pack
Plastic-free, plant-safe, hand-checked.
Every plant is checked before it leaves the nursery. Pots are wedged into recycled cardboard inserts; pot tops are sealed to keep compost in transit; foliage is supported with tissue paper. Nothing plastic in the box.
Plants travel in the box for up to 3 days without harm. As soon as you receive yours, take them out, water lightly, and let them settle for a day before planting out.
Returns
If something's not right.
Damaged on arrival: Email a photo to hello@season28.co.uk within 48 hours. Free replacement or full refund, no questions.
Changed your mind: 14-day return window from receipt, in original condition. You cover return postage; we refund the plant cost once it's back with us.
Plants don't survive: If a plant fails within 14 days of arrival despite reasonable care, we'll replace or refund. After that, growing conditions become the main factor — but Plant Doctor support is free in the app for as long as you have the plant.
Refund timing: 5 working days back to the original payment method.
